Bargains-Ink.co.uk offers FAST & FREE UK delivery for ALL orders. Orders less than 2kg are usually shipped via Royal Mail 1st class Post. All orders over
2kg usually get dispatched via courier. We can only ship to the UK mainland (excluding North of Scotland, Northern Ireland & ALL islands addresses) for order dispatched via courier, and will only dispatch orders to the Card Holder
Registration address.
We ship all ink cartridges orders by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. All orders over £50.00 are usually sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery service,
signature will be required upon delivery.
If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we
will backorder for you. We will endeavour to email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery Times
We make every effort to dispatch your order on the day of purchase subject to available stock. Your order will normally be dispatched
the same day if we receive it before 2pm UK time Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays.
We always use Royal Mail or courier delivery. Delivery usually takes place within 24-48 hours, depending on the carrier. In recent
results Royal Mail delivered 92.1% of items on the next working day (Monday-Saturday) after posting. Our courier service delivers
next business day by 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra
working day to arrive.
You can always check the status of your order by login to your account. You will also receive an e-mail from us once your order has
been dispatched. If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit, if you
have not received the goods within 7 working days you should contact us immediately via our helpdesk system from our website.
It is worth noting that we find a most of the missing orders are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague.
Both Royal Mail and our courier would leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all,
so if possible please check first. As is customary, compensation is limited to the value of goods lost, a replacement will be offered or
refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
