Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue and add items to your shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "View Shopping Cart" and click CheckOut. You will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy
the order.
We accept the following methods of payment for online orders.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. Cards keyed online are automatically debited at the time of purchase.
The web price includes VAT at 15%. To calculate the tax free value of the goods divide the price shown by 1.15. We trade in sterling (GBP).
Any figures shown on the website in other currencies are for guidance only.
Please note that all purchases must be made online using our website.
You may only place orders and make communications with us in English, and all contracts concluded between us will be in English. No
contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and us until we dispatch your order. We will confirm that your orders have
been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by us of your offer to buy goods from us or a
third party engaged on your behalf by us whether or not you receive that e-mail.
Delivery Information
Bargains-Ink.co.uk offers FAST & FREE UK delivery for ALL orders. Orders less than 2kg are usually shipped via Royal Mail 1st class Post. All orders over
2kg usually get dispatched via courier. We can only ship to the UK mainland (excluding North of Scotland, Northern Ireland & ALL islands addresses) for order dispatched via courier, and will only dispatch orders to the Card Holder
Registration address.
We ship all ink cartridges orders by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. All orders over £50.00 are usually sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery service,
signature will be required upon delivery.
If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we
will backorder for you. We will endeavour to email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery Times
We make every effort to dispatch your order on the day of purchase subject to available stock. Your order will normally be dispatched
the same day if we receive it before 2pm UK time Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays.
We always use Royal Mail or courier delivery. Delivery usually takes place within 24-48 hours, depending on the carrier. In recent
results Royal Mail delivered 92.1% of items on the next working day (Monday-Saturday) after posting. Our courier service delivers
next business day by 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra
working day to arrive.
You can always check the status of your order by login to your account. You will also receive an e-mail from us once your order has
been dispatched. If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit, if you
have not received the goods within 7 working days you should contact us immediately via our helpdesk system from our website.
It is worth noting that we find a most of the missing orders are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague.
Both Royal Mail and our courier would leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all,
so if possible please check first. As is customary, compensation is limited to the value of goods lost, a replacement will be offered or
refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall
have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing by email via our helpdesk system from our website of the problem within 7 days
of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 14 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you
unless you notify us in writing by email via our helpdesk system from our website of the problem within 15 days of the date on which
you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition our only obligation will be, we will:-
a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery,
b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or
c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of
profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability
to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under
paragraph c) above.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under
applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for
any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Bargains-Ink.co.uk and are proud of the quality, range and advice
that we are able to offer. We offer all our customers a 14-day no quibble money-back guarantee on all our products.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it.
If you wish to return a product, please email us via our helpdesk system from our website to let us know what you'd like to send back.
We will reply requesting all the details we need to fulfil your request. We can then issue a returns authorisation number and
instructions on how to complete the return. You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your
cost for larger items.
As cartridges are a consumable item we are unable to refund or replace if:
1. The cartridge has over 20% use.
2. The customer has caused damage.
Cancelling an Order
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days commencing
the day after the date that the items were delivered. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and we do not
impose any penalty for doing so, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging in which your order was delivered.
To cancel a contract, please email us via our helpdesk system from our website to let us know what you'd like to send back. We will
then issue a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to complete the return. You will have to pay the return cost of
postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice
within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the items were delivered.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price
for that item.
The sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days
of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when
delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct
the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Cancellation by Bargains-Ink.co.uk
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:-
a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered,
b) we do not deliver to your area, or
c) one or more of the goods you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the
pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit your account with any sum deducted by us from
your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional
compensation for disappointment suffered.
Offers & Promotions
Periodically we will offer discounts and special offers to you the customer we may contact you via email if you wish not to receive
emails please reply to any communications "un-subscribe" you will be removed from any mailing list within 7 working days of your request.
We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion.
